Tai Chi class for beginners in Nottingham.
7:00pm to 8:00pm at the International Community Centre, Mansfield Road, Nottingham.

session on October 29th 2007, Wutan is beginning a new Tai Chi class for
beginners in Derby.

Nottingham Wutan
School of Martial Arts has re-structured its classes, with more emphasis on
Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
As of January, we are removing
kickboxing with longer Kung Fu lessons and introducing extra Tai Chi classes.
We hope to develop a more centered structure around the external and internal
dynamics of Kung Fu with Tai Chi.
Free Demonstration, on
Monday 29th January, for new 16 week Beginners Tai Chi course, Start date
Monday 5th February.
